This page include four sets of decoys pre-generated by the 3DRobot program.
The '3DRobot_set' includes structural decoys for 200 non-homologous proteins that are randomly
selected from the PDB library. This protein set contains 48 α-, 40 β-,
and 112 α/β-single-domain proteins with length ranging from 80 to 250 residues.
Each protein contains 300 structural decoys with RMSD ranging from 0 to 12 Å.
(40MB). The 'On_Rosetta_set' contains structure decoys generated by 3DRobot for 58 proteins that are taken
from the orginal Rosetta decoy paper (Simons, et al., JMB, 1997). These proteins have length
from 50 to 146 residues with each protein containign 100 structural decoys.
The 'On_Modeller_set' contains structure decoys generated by 3DRobot for 20 proteins that are taken
from the original Modeller decoy paper (John and Sali, NAR, 2003). These proteins have length
from 81 to 340 residues with each protein containing 200 structural decoys.
The 'On_I-TASSER_set' include structure decoys generated by 3DRobot for 56 proteins that
are taken from the original I-TASSER decoy paper (Zhang et al, PLoS One, 2011). These proteins
have length from 47 to 118 residues with each protein containing 400 structural decoys.
