Dear All,
Using the standalone I-tasser with a parallel linux cluster, I encountered this error, that:
JAVA_HOME setting is not correct
In my script, either "-java_home /usr/java/jdk1.7.0_21", or "-java_home /usr/java/latest", have been tried, and both yielded the same error message.
My question is, how can I set up -java_home correctly, and can the I-tasser job proceed normally without using java?
