Hi,
I've recently installed the I-TASSER standalone package, and have the following error when running a test with a 260 residues long protein:
At line 1713 of file cas.f
Fortran runtime error: End of file
bzip2: Can't open input file rep*.tra: No such file or directory.
I've checked the forum and found a topic with a similar error at line 894 of cas.f file. I've followed the instructions on that topic, and removed the deletion of the tmp directory in order to check that 1713 line in the cas.f file, but there is no cas.f file in that folder.
Any help?
