Hi!
I am trying to model anoplin (GLLKRIKTLL-NH2) on I-Tasser. I already used the restraint and used the PDB of mastoparan-X, an amidated peptide thinking that it would give me an amidated anoplin. However it turns out from the PDB that the peptide has still COOH as C-terminus. How can I add modifications such as amidation and palmitoylation on my peptide? Is this possible in I-Tasser?
