I keep seeing this error during the 5.2 Build Full-Atomic Model step:
/path/toI-TASSER3.0/I-TASSERmod/EMrefinement.pl /path/to/seqdir /path/to/I-TASSER3.0/abs/mybin closc1.pdb combo1.pdb seqname username
mv: cannot stat `/path/to/seqdir/hemmcclosc1.pdb': No such file or directory
The error repeats for each instance of closc# and combo#. Any thoughts on what could be causing this error?
I also should note that I do not have the model*.pdb files.
However I do have closc#.pdb, combo#.pdb, emmcclosc#.pdb, fulinit.pdb, mcclosc#.pdb, rep#.tra#M.bz2, ncaco.pdb...
