Itasser uses pulchra and scwrl to add side-chains. How does one evaluate a side-chain positioning method (is there a CASP category or equivalent for side-chain positioning?).
Furthermore, I was wondering if one could request a side chain positioning that takes a ligand's presence into consideration on the server.
