Dear all,

at our site we are running a cluster based on the LSF queueing system. The built-in parallelization in I-Tasser however seems to require PBS. Before I delve into the code in an attempt to port I-Tasser to LSF I wanted to ask if

• a) anybody has done this already and would be willing to share her/his knowledge or experience in this?
• b) anybody knows if other files than runI-Tasser.pl are involved in parallelization?

Any hint is appreciated.
