Its been a nice experience to use your server for 3d modeling of
desired protein sequence, well, my problem is concerning with the
modeling
I have a protein sequence of length 1-247amino acid and I want a
protein model with 100% identity, I have tried your server but it
model my sequence from 24-247amino acid.
Please hereby find the attached file of sequence for which I need a
protein model with 100% identity or the model which is having exact
length as of my sequence(from 1-247amino acid)
Please provide me a model as soon as possible so i can do my urgent
work as soon as possible.
