Is there a way to exclude certain PDB files to be used in the SAXSTER work-flow? I see you can do it in I-TASSER. Without the restriction, I-TASSER finds PDB 2a01A as the top template for modeling. This model was discredited after an investigation of that laboratory and thus, needs to be excluded (It really needs to be removed from the databank altogether).
I notice there is no option for inputting an exclusion template into the SAXSTER work-flow so I don't know how to avoid the discredited model from influencing the results from SAXSTER.
