Dear I-TASSER Team,
A couple months back I was fortunate enough to download, install and begin using version 4.1 of the I-TASSER suite of programs. The models that the I-TASSER protocol is able to generate are generally very good and the ability to use such a powerful program on one's own machine is exceptionally convenient. After running a few jobs it has become apparent that the ability to add specific templates to the library would be extremely beneficial. According to your published "Whatisnew4.1" ( http://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/I-TASSER/download/Whatisnew4.1.txt ) document there ought to have been a package included in this version that makes this a possibility ( "update_IT_lib.tar.bz2" ). I am having trouble finding this file and was wondering if perhaps you would be willing to make it available for download.
