What protocol is used to predict beta turns in the QUARK server?
Do you all have a server for that?
Suppose i give as input a sequence to QUARK for testing, and there is already a structure for the sequence in PDB.
Will QUARK do ab-initio prediction for the beta turns? Or will it pull out the structure corresponding to the sequence from the PDB and pull out beta turns from the structure?
