The T-TASSER Composite approach

According to Roy et al. 2010 (http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC2849174/), there are 3 computational methods for predicting three-dimensional protein structures:
i. Comparative modeling (CM)
ii. threading method
iii. ab initio modeling
Question): It said that I-TASSER is a composite approach. I thought that I-TASSER only uses the “2. Threading method” and “3. ab initio modeling” method, am I right?
