Dear Sir:
I have predicted structures of a few membrane proteins using I-TASSER. I want to submit these structures in CASP roll.
I have two doubts that I would be glad if you can answer.
1) I searched and even tried to get the TS (tertiary structure) format for the structures predicted by I-TASSER, but I failed. May I request you to please give me information regarding how I can get the TS format for the structural prediction done using I-TASSER.
2) Do you think that the structures predicted by I-TASSER need model refinement with ModRefiner tool?
