I recently added a second CPU to my home server and ever since my I-TASSER keeps giving me this error when it runs the 2.4.2 running pair step.
SIGSEGV: Segmentation fault - invalid memory reference, I've tried this with multiple protein sequences and keep getting the same error message. Do I have to recompile something to correct this?
