When analyzing ligand binding sites section, I can't get any information from BioLiP database by clicking the name on 'Lig Name' column. The new tab opens with an error message:
Not Found
The requested URL /I-TASSER/BioLiP/sym.cgi was not found on this server.
Apache/2.2.15 (Red Hat) Server at zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu Port 80
I don't know if there is a 'bug' or if there is anything wrong with my results. The lig names presented are only 'PEPTIDE', 'TE6' and 'CA', I am not sure if there should be something else.
