I just ran 2 queries, Jobs Q13661 and Q13697 that have only one amino acid difference. The primary and secondary structures are predicted to be identical, but the models look different. I want to know if there is evidence that the amino acid change makes a change in the protein structure. How do I tell if the predicted results suggest they are the same or different? Thanks for any help/advice.
