I have a protein sequence that has 70% similarity with the PDB structure of Protein A, and 30% similarity with the PDB structure of protein B. I wish to generate model using both the template. Please suggest any simple and best methods. I want to generate using HOMOLOGY MODELING as well as AB-INITIO approaches. I dont know how to assign restrains/angle etc etc. Thanks
