Hello, a few months ago (around April) a colleague of mine used I-TASSER to predict a protein structure. I then began using it for docking studies and after finishing my simulations, my colleague lost the original file from I-TASSER (we have the model of the refined structure). I then input the sequence into the server but none of the structures matched the ones we had back in April. My colleague also submitted the sequence and he got the same results as I did. I noticed that an update to the server's algorithms occurred in July but I didn't see any changes that could have caused such significant changes to the structure.
What can I do to figure out the templates that were used for the construction of the protein? I will truly appreciate your assistance.
