I started to use the stand-alone Version of I-TASSER5.0 and ran into the following problem:
2.1 run Psi-blast
sh: 1: /media/emmanuel/Acer/I-TASSER5.0/blast/bin/blastpgp: Permission denied
/media/emmanuel/Acer/I-TASSER5.0/blast/bin/blastpgp is not working properly, please check
What could be the problem?
