I have submitted some sequences on the I-TASSER server.
I am working with a transcription factors family called KLF, and this family has as main characteristic three zinc fingers in its DNA-binding domain. I have submitted the sequence of this domain and the models generated on the I-TASSER server do not present the zinc atoms, but the templates used to generate the models contain the zinc atoms. Why the models do not contain the zinc atoms?
Is it possible to add these atoms in the models generated?
