Hi,
I have submitted the job S301428 on I-TASSER. My protein has 2 important ligands that in the literature it is told that their binding site overlap with each other i used I-TASSER to see this and to find out if this overlap will cause problem in my work but in my I-TASSER the sencond ligand is not shown (not even mentioned).
Is there a way you can help me with it?
