Hi,
i have installed i-tasser suite . however when i am running the same it is telling to me to download the library files, inspite of the fact that i have downloaded and installed the files. i tried using download_lib.pl script as well, but i cannot tell whether it is working or not as it is saying
download pdb files...
my doubt is should i decompress the library files.
i have also attached the perl script.
the command which i am giving on the terminal is as follows:
./runI-TASSER.pl -pkgdir /home/nandinee/I-TASSER5.0 -libdir /home/nandinee/ITLIB -LBS false -EC false -GO false -seqname example -datadir /home/nandinee/data/example -java_home /usr/bin/java -light true -hours 6 -outdir /home/nandinee/I-TASSER5.0/nandinee1
please help me figure out this problem as i really need this suite.
