Hi,
i have used the following command to download the library files.
./download_lib.pl -libdir /home/nandinee/ITLIB -P true -B false -N true
I do not need functional annotation of my protein and i want to specify a template.
when i used the above command i get the following output:

Downloading NR database...
and the cursor keeps blinking. is the download really happening and if i want to specify a template (from my browser ) could you please tell me what will be the command for it.
