How can I use the result of the COTH results to obtain protein side-chain information?

Hi all,

I use the COTH to protect a protein complex structure and I have some questions as follow.

1. In the result PDB file, there is only display the CA atom information, how can I search the other atoms information?

2. How can I use the result PDB file to supplement protein side-chain structure?
