FORTRAN STOP std err at stage 2.4.2

Hi,

I've been running a standalone version of I-TASSER (v5.0) on our cluster. While it seems that all of the stages progress OK and the right output files are generated, at the end of stage 2.4.2, the warning "FORTRAN STOP" is written to the standard error file. This is the only warning generated by the run. Do I need to worry about this?
