I have found again a malfunctioning in the I-TASSER server, the problem is that the name is joined as part of the sequence, for instance
>MbL-rnd1
DVHGSITKLN
(that consists of 10aa)
but the server refers that I sent the sequence MBLRNDDVHGSITKLN
and therefore it appears as 16 aa of length, while the original consists only of 10 aa.
Three months ago, I reported the same problem and it was quickly successfully solved in that time.
