In the results folder (tar.bz2 file) what the pdb files "CH_complex #1-5" refer to?
Are these models with ligands? What the Number denotes?
If yes, are all these "CH-complex" models based on the best Model1 or other models (2-5)?
Like index output file, the Result folder (.tar file) should also be explained.
