Dear I-TASSER Designer,
After I downloaded all data for I-TASSER, I tried to run I-TASSER.
Unluckily, I encountered some problems. The script runI-TASSER.pl can not go through, because of "./solve: cannot execute binary file".
Before this step, the same wrong about "cannot execute binary file" also happened when /blast/bin/blastpgp and /bin/psipred/bin/psipred/ were running.
I have figured them out by recompiling the source code of blast and psipred. But I don't know how to do about solve and whether I will encounter the same problems next, for example running "align"?
