Variational Modeling for Amyloid Fiber Aggregation
This page provides matlab programs for calculating the free energy surface
of fibril aggregation (hexamer by peptide GNNQQNY in the current case).
The procedures are based either on the free energy fastest
descent method or on the sequetial search method.
