Template name: The template structure should be named as "template_i_j_1.pdb, template_i_j_2.pdb, template_i_j_3.pdb,..., template_i_j_N.pdb", where i and j start from 1 represent the index of the domain. For example, "template_1_2_3.pdb" is the third template structure of domain 1 and domain 2. Suppose you have 3 domains to be assembled, and you want tou provide a full-length template to guide the assembly of every two consecutive domains, please upload your template in a compressed file which includes "template_1_2_1.pdb" and "template_2_3_1.pdb" although they are the same model. If you just want to use the template to guide the assembly of domain 2 and domain 3, you can just uplate the compressed file includes "template_2_3_1.pdb". The total number of template structures for each pair of domains should be less than 200, and all template structures should be compressed in one file (*.tar.gz, *.zip, *.tar, or *.tar.bz2).
