MetaGO is an algorithm for predicting Gene Ontology (GO) of proteins. It consists of three pipelines to detect functional homologs through local and global structure alignments, sequence and sequence profile comparison, and parter's-homology based protein-protein interaction mapping. The final function insights are a combination of the three pipelines through logistic regression. (view an example of MetaGO prediction)
