SVMSEQ is a new algorithm for protein residue-residue contact prediction using Support Vector Machines. An excutable package of SVMSEQ can be downloaded from the download webpage.

Our server will undergo maintenance from Oct. 7 to Oct. 21, 2019. You can submit jobs normally during this period, but the jobs will run after Oct. 21, 2019. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Cut and paste your sequence (in FASTA format) here:

Or upload the sequence from your local computer:

Email: (mandatory, where results will be sent to)

ID: (optional, your given name of the protein)
