TripletRes is built for protein inter-residue contact prediction. First, an enriched MSA will be collected by DeepMSA. Three coevolutionay features, the covariance martrix feature, the precision matrix feature and the pseudolikelihood maximization feature will be generated based on the obtained MSA. Finally, the features are fed into a specially designed neural network structure with residual blocks for the prediction of protein contact maps.
