This is the first time I submit a job, and I have two issues that I guess are quite simple:
1) I would like to know how reliable the prediction for the binding site is when the BS-score > 1.1 , BUT the C-scoreLB < 0.04. The thing is that there's seems to be a significant local match but not a reliable ligand-binding site prediction.
2) And I know that the c-score normally ranges from -5 to 2, but when does it start being reliable?
