Good day.
I tried to run I-TASSER 2.1 on machine (i7, 8Gb RAM) with Linux Mint 14 x64 .
Psi-blast returned suspicious message, but pssm.txt is created and contains matrix.
Have something gone wrong? Or this message can be ignored?
I-TASSER log:
