Hi,
I have run I-TASSER standalone on my cluster. The ouput information in the nohup file always showed that blastpgp had been aborted. But I still got the result after running I-TASSER. I don't know whether the result is reliable?
The nohup file is in attachment.
Is it something wrong within installation step?
