I have installed the I-TASSER program as per instructions and when I try to run the program I get the following error:

cannot make temporary directory
In my tmp directory there is the following:
xxxx@bioinfo1 ~
$ ls -l /tmp/xxxx/
total 0
drwxr-xr-x+ 1 xxxx None 0 Jan 14 10:37 ITZhaoying_TCR_Beta_Subunit
xxxx@bioinfo1 ~
$ ls -l /tmp/xxxx/ITZhaoying_TCR_Beta_Subunit/
total 0
Any assistance to get around this error would be appreciated.
Another question, would I-TASSER run on the windows platform through cygwin?
