A new option walltime is added to the I-TASSER local program. The term is described as below:
-walltime set the walltime that your job requires. The format for walltime is: hours:minutes:seconds.
If you run the I-TASSER in the "parallel" and need a longer time to run the program, you could use this option.
The default value for the threading program and simulation are 72:00:00 and 50:59:00,respectively. You could use the -walltime 100:00:00 or other big walltime value to run the program if you protein are long.
