I am new to using the I-TASSER suite and was hoping to be able to do a couple of tasks with it. The first and simplest is, given a known template, score a set of sequences (for simplicity, say they are the same length) using that template. The level of automation that is implemented is great, and I will be thankful for it on the next set of tests, but I don’t see an easy way to just to scoring on a set template. Can I do this with MUSTER? If not, have I overlooked another script that would be easier to use for this purpose?
