Dear LOMETS developers,
This is something I wanted to ask for a long time. In the table with top 10 models the predictions are not sorted according to the confidence score. Take for example these predictions:

The first alignment (SP3) has confidence score (15.566/7.0)*0.437+0.190=1.16 whereas the second alignment (PRC) has confidence score (275/8.5)*0.43+0.187=14.09876. Can you explain this discrepancy which, to my experience with LOMETS, is quite usual?
