Encountered some output messages during the simulations stage in I_TASSER. Would appreciate comments about this. Full console out is in the attached txt file.

I noticed that output msg happens only when running two instances where seq.fasta are in different datadir but using the same seq name in commandline argument. Read a thread about bad placement of "$unicode" in runI-TASSER.pl.
Would changeing sequence name in command line argument to run I-TASSER allow running more than one instance?
