Hi,
I submitted a sequence to my server installation of i-tasser. It has been two days since I did that and the program seems to be taking so long. I am wondering whether it is still executing or whether something is wrong. The last output was 'running 1 of 14 simulations'. I cannot find the log file to determine whether everything is Ok. Any help is highly appreciated.
