I am Josh Marshall, an undergraduate researcher. My IT Cluster manager (Mr. Gowtham) and I have hit a technical snafu in the execution of your I-TASSER software. What we would like to request is some rather minor technical assistance. Currently, we have one of our research clusters with I-TASSER installed, and executing I-TASSER as follows:
/share/apps/i-tasser/2.1/I-TASSERmod/runI-TASSER.pl -libdir /share/apps/i-tasser/2.1 -seqname testFile -datadir ${CURRENT_DIR} -usrname jrmarsha
What is wrong about this?
