I would like to ask for a favour... I downloaded the latest version of I-TASSER, all the required libraries... and tried to run LOMETS... it seems that there is a problem... blastpgp doesn't work... I checked all the paths a few times... everything seems to be correct... I also read the topics from the forum which tackle with such problems... I have no idea where the problem could be... I use Ubuntu 12.04 (32-bit)...
Do you have any idea which could help me? Maybe an installation guide (step-by-step) could help? Could anyone help me, please?
