Hi,
I ran an I-TASSER prediction S140753 and specified a template with 4 contact entries with the location of 4 disulfide bridges as follows:
CONTACT 107 138
CONTACT 121 124
CONTACT 137 149
CONTACT 139 147
However none of the generated predictions contain 4 disulfide bridges. The models returned seem to contain one disulfide bridges at most.
Why hasn't this information been used to improve the prediction?
What are your suggestions?
