Hello,
I am sorry if this post is duplicated.
I used the I-TASSER server to model my target protein. The results of sequence alignment showed that there was a part of 77 residues at the N-terminus which did not have available templates. The structural alignment showed none either.
I am wondering how I-TASSER modeled this part (which contains most of coils and 1 helix). Does I-TASSER also apply QUARK algorithm (template-free), e.g. in this case?
Thank you and really looking forward to your reply.
P/S: i am new to this forum, so please don't mind if I made some confusing (by duplicating the post). I did not see my previous message posted.
Regards,
