I tried generating I-TASSER model for my full length protein and it didn’t go well. However, splitting it into two domains gave me better models. Can you please stitch the two domains and send me the model for the full length protein? The job Ids for all three (Full length, Domain 1 and Domain 2) are given below:

Also, in case of Domain 1, Model 2 gave better prediction for my region of interest in comparison to Model 1. Since both models 1 and 2 have same C-score, will this information help while generating the final model for the full length protein?
