I notice that the I-TASSER simulations call on the Trig library. What sort of calculations is I-TASSER using during simulations and is it optimized to call on tables from the library or use the CPU to pre-calculate? The reason I am asking is because I would like to optimize to speed up the simulations and depending on how I-TASSER goes about it's mathematical functions will tell me whether optimizing tables and library function or another route will best suit.
