Hello,
i try to run i-Tasser on a 64 bit Ubuntu machine. i loaded the newest DBs from the zhan webpage. I updated the solve and the blast programms to 64bit.
when i run a test sequence an error occurs at step 3.1
1. make seq.txt and rmsinp
2.1 run Psi-blast
2.3 run solve
2.4 run pairmod
3.1 do threading
everything is going normal then, no errors. but after a couple of circles this error appears:
Exception in thread "main" java.io.FileNotFoundException: /home/srdu001/I-TASSER/stride/2lwlA.stride.7state (No such file or directory)
I read in the thread http://zhanglab.ccmb.med.umich.edu/bbs/?q=node/2195 about loading a newer stride DB to solve the problem, but i already dowloaded the newest DB. The file is missing in the stride directory. Is there any possiblility to complete the DB ?
