I want to find out if COFACTOR (predicting protein function using the structure) feature would also be run if I run I-Tasser v2.1 locally. This feature does show up when we submit the query to the web version of I-Tasser
1) Do I have to download the Biolip template files along with I-Tasser template files to do so?
2) Which of the Biolip files I have to download to do so.
